The historical tour and wine tasting is designed for those who want to discover not only our wines, but also the history and medieval origin of our property.
Beginning with the 8th century tower at the center of the property, our team will guide you through centuries of life at le Tolfe – including the regenerative farming and low-intervention winemaking practices we employ today.
The tour includes scenic vistas, historic underground passageways, and our winery. The tour concludes at our farm shop with a seated tasting of 4 of our wines accompanied by bread, local cheese, and our own organic extra virgin olive oil.
